Help with the next edition
Send a correction, photograph or story
The book will have mistakes, and the family holds more than any one person knows. Corrections and new material make the next edition better.
How to send
Email confluence@ochremoon.com
Attach photographs or scans to the email. If a file is too large to send, say so and we will find another way.
A correction
Tell us the page number, what the book says, and what it should say. If you know where the right information comes from, such as a certificate, a family bible or a letter, say so.
A photograph or document
A scan is best. A phone photo taken in daylight, straight on and without flash, also works. Tell us who is in it, where and when, if you know. Please keep your originals; we only need a copy.
A story
Write it down as you remember it and tell us who told it to you. Stories go into the book with credit to the person who remembered them.
What happens next
- Andrew checks each correction against the records.
- Confirmed corrections are listed on Updates and corrections, with your name if you want it.
- They go into the next edition of the book.
Nothing about a living person goes on this site or into the book without that person’s agreement.
